FNB LIFE CLAIMS WORST EVER

Worst service ever. I've sent through a claim on the 9th July 2020 with all supporting docs to claim from my insurance and they are still "busy" which I don't understand why it's taking so long as I have always paid my installments. And funny thing on the FNB app it says claims take up to 5 working days
