FNB LIFE CLAIMS, what happened to communication?

FNB Life Claims plus FNB Debit orders. Ever since I claimed my FNB Life policies 1st it was due to illness and in the same period I was retrenched, and they went with the retrenchment cover. Almost every second month I had to phone FNB Life claims to ask if there will be a payment made on my loans, credit cards, revolving loan etc... The first few months went okay, then somehow payment was stopped and I need to contact them to ask why then the claim was with the assessor and after complaining then the claims will get paid, As I am still during my retrenchment and still unemployed, I had to suffer each month to know what will happen the following month. After 6 months they stop payment and I was told to get an affidavit to confirm that I am still unemployed, I did that but if I don't follow up anything happens... For 3 times in a row, I had to send the affidavit because they could not find it on their system, I also send my UI-19 numerous times on numerous platforms. Every time the claims were paid late, I was the one to get penalised on my cheque account...with every debit order that bounced I had to pay R110 and there were numerous accounts and numerous time the money was debit from my account and I fall into a minus amount every month. Now all of a sudden the said my claims are all paid out....not informing me of this beforehand...I just have to find it out all by myself by contacting them! The payments suddenly stop because the assessor said that they overpaid me...???? Why didn't FNB claims send me an email, to tell me when the so-called payments will stop? As I mention earlier, I still very sick and this only contributes to an enormous amount of stress, and I contribute to me not getting the change to recover fully. I don't have any children or husband to phone on my behalf, In my sickness, I still have to handle all my affairs on my own... Every time I called, the person who was dealing with my case, was new, and every time I had to go through the whole ordeal again. This month I am - R1900 in arrears on my check account because of no payments and of debit orders that bounce and for which I have to pay R110 for each it the debit order bounce the next day as well, I must just get another R110 penalty....it saddens me to think FNB is in the lead with the latest technology but forgot how to communicate effectively with their clients.
