Fnb life claims very bad

Hi everyone i am having problems with fnb life insurance I've been put on disability last year 20/09/23 since I have insurance for my bond I put in a claim with *** since than I have not gotten a response on my claim everytime I call I don't get help at all. They always tell me different stories all the time. They ****ing us telling us we are covered once we pay they don't say anything.
