FNB Life Claims - ********

My husband took out a hospital cash back plan with FNB Life a year ago. Claim time came and as usual they had all the reasons not to pay out and coming up with all the excuses in the world and made the most unnecessary request or reports which was initially not in their agreement. All the relevant documents was submitted to *** since Oct 2019 and can you believe it every *********** consultant on the phone says they either haven't received the documents or something is missing while I have all the proof that every single document requested has been sent. FNB Life are ******** and *****s from hardworking people!!! They deduct premiums on time but always has issues to make payments. They are the most pathetic bank I have came across in my life and would not recommend anyone to take up products or services from them.
