FNB life claims department

I have a claim for credit life with FNB life. I have put in a claim as early as July and have sent them all the required documents, still today I am in a battle with them to approve it. They are still deducting the money for the credit life out of my credit card. The service there is up to zero. I have called them, emailed them,asked to speak to Manager,spoken to a lot of their agents but still today no joy on the issue. I have been told the matter will be escalated but I have nothing from them. I cannot even be directed to a senior person for assistance. I am sick and tired now. I need answers from them.
