FNB Life Claims bad

FNB Life is a big NO NO, With the fact and mind of ease that I have myself covered but yeah put in a claim and see. After months they eventually rep**** via my private wealth banker not themselves that the claim was not successfull really so with what criteria do I qualify Not employed, retrenched, without work or what please explain to me
