FNB Life Claims

There is nothing that frustrate like FNB Life - Claims department. I submitted a retrenchment claim that is supposed to pay up to 12 months. I was then told that it will pay for the first six months and if by then I am still unemployed after six months I must send and affidavit to confirm that of which i did on the 02 May 2019 no - response whatsoever.

I did resend the affidavit again on the 10 May 2019 and again no response. The funny thing is that the bank does not care that this is impacting my credit record due to non and late payments.
