FNB Life claims - 2 Months no feedback

On the 13th October i submitted a Retrenchment claim for my home loan, i have contacted FNB on 4 occasions after submitting as i have received NO feedback from FNB Life - I did receive my reference number and to date there is no feedback or any payments made to my home loan account from FNB Life - Reference is *** This is not acceptable as its almost 2 months since application and i keep getting the same answer from the Claims department that they will escalate it and i will receive feedback within an hour or so.... I need this to be sorted out today 08-12-2020.
