FNB Life Claim utterly pathetic service

I would give it a minus star rating if that was possible.

It is the most *********** and unprofessional business to deal with online.

I would advise from making use of it.

on 4 April 2023 I submitted a claim form online to FNB Life Claims. They supposedly pride themselves on being very good.

On Thursday 13 April the funds still was not paid out and when I enquired I was just informed that they have a problem opening my E-mail. Nobody had the courtesy to contact me to inform me.

I re-submit the claim on Thursday 13 April. On Saturday 15 April the funds was still not paid out. when I contacted the call centre I was just informed " Oh I can see we received your E-mail and it will be attended to, but I will escalate it and we will contact you on Monday"

what type of service is this to accept if a person is still dealing with the stress of a loved one that passed away.

Utterly pathetic service.
