FNB Life claim
I've always had so much faith in FNB as a client of theirs for many years. Now the experience seems like its the service is turning the other way. I am busy with a Life Policy claim my mother had with them and now I'm just being sent from pillar to post by a consultant by the name of Monray Welcome. I can't get something as simple as a policy schedule from them of which I have requested 3 times already so that I can seek legal counsel. FNB is really not helping at all.

14 Mar 2020, 13:13I eventually got the policy schedule and was advised that the claim would be honored, however communication is still a problem as when a promise to call me to finalize the process is never kept. When I call I can't get hold of the advisor handling the claim.
