FNB Life Cancellation

I'm having the worst experience currently trying to cancel a policy on my credit card facility with FNB Life, I'm no longer a resident in SA and it's even worse trying to accomplish this over email. Phone calls don't get answered and I probably have 6 different references for one SIMPLE process, which I have asked for numerous updates on to no avail! I have a confirmation of cancellation email stating my policy is canceled effective 28 Oct 2020, the same day I was billed R375 for it, and then again on 29th of Nov another R375, I want to be refunded that money and confirmation the policy is actually cancelled. Cancellation Reference CF44******* - FNBREF#***. I would avoid this service at all costs, I can't imagine the trouble I'd have had if I needed to claim.
