FNB LIFE -beware of the silence when claiming the benefits!!!!!!!

I have protection cover that I pay every month for my overdraft protection in the event of death, disability or retrenchment. I have recently being informed that I will be retrenched the 31.10.2017, I called FNB life spoke to Nosipho Mabuza. She advised me that the cover for the overdraft instalment will be paid for six months only according to the policy I have. I advised that that when the sales agent at FNB was marketing this policy to me that he advised that in the above mentioned events of death, disability and retrenchment the overdraft amount will be settled in full by FNB. I asked Nospiho to please request the call recording as the sales agent did confirm with me the abovementioned information. Nosipho said she will retrieve the call, listen to it and give me feedback on the 26.09.2017, before the close of business. I waited until the 28.09.2017 and FNB didn't return my call with feedback. I called and spoke to Nosipho and she apologised for not calling me back as promised with feedback. Instead she said to me that IT has technical problems and are still trying to retrieve the call. I am so appalled by this bad service and even went on to saying Nosipho that I will log a complaint on hellopeter of how my claim is being handled with silence from FNB side and no feedback. In spite of that, thinking that FNB will expedite my query by preventing me to going to hellopeter, my plight is falling on deaf ears. I left it for two days since and nobody from FNB is coming back to me. Today is the 01.10.2017 still no feedback????
