FNB LIFE ARE JUST A BUNCH OF ******

I took out 2 policies with fnb life for my employees, this was all smooth until I got an email saying one of my employees cannot be covered because she is over the entry age limit, ok this was fine because atleast they have informed me, they then told me my premium would decrease, but to my surprise they debited me the full amount even for the employee that wasn't covered, on the 2nd policy we removed one employee and again the same thing, they charged for a person who is not there, I have sent emails I have called but nothing has been done about this, I have told them I want to cancel my policies and want money back but it falls on deaf ears, FNB LIFE IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF ****** THAT CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING, I WANT ALL MY PREMIUMS BACK, YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE SERVICE XE THAT YOU ADVERTISED AND THUS YOU HAVE FAILED, I WANT MY MONEY BACK
