FNB LIFE AND HOME LOAN ARE USELESS

How useless is FNB? for weeks i have been calling FNB LIfe anf home Loan and they failing to get me a Simple MPP. them working from home is clearly affecting their produtivity,they want me to do their work and follow up with other department,they palying the blaming game.All those special managers must come back to the office and get things done.

no one seems to know what they are doing,everytime i call someone tells me about 48 hours,its day 20 now and no one can assist.WHAT MUST I ****EN DO to get some assistance?i regret taking my bond with them.
