FNB LIfe and Disability Cover

<p>On Sunday the 16th of June I app**** via the FNB App for Dissability cover, I went through all the health questions and then got to the end with a messages saying someone would contact me, thus being a Sunday I knew it would only be on Monday; on Tuesday I still hadn't got a call, so I decicded to call them, they couldnt find my application on the system and I had to do the whole thing again!! I then opted for life cover as well! </p> <p> </p> <p>The consultant said please allow 1 hour for our underwriters to contact you and then your policy will be activated, this was Tuesday the 18th of June, it is now Friday the 21st of June and I am still waiting for anyone to contact me. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is really BAD service for a client trying to open not one but two insurance policies with you! </p> <p>definitely taking my business else ware!</p>
