FNB life agents unavailable

FNB life has a very good life insurance policy but unfortunately trying to get a hold of them is very difficult I wrote countless emails tried to call a dozen of times and waste it many rands of airtime to only be cut off after being told that person at extension blah blah blah is unavailable while been waiting for 10 minutes on the line to speak to somebody. Making amendments on the app is easy but when things get a bit more complicated and you need to speak to a person you can never get a hold of them. I would like to request FNB to please take a look at their process and system for speaking to an agent
