I have been calling FNB for the past three days to cancel a my life policy which i had cancelled a month ago and debit orders still go through.i have tried calling and end up with no airtime as the lines are forever busy.

I would like the debit orders that went through to be reversed and policy cancel as per my request. as i have decided to move ro discovery life.debit orders have gone off for two months even though cancelled. I managed to reverse the 1 and 1 is still outstanding.
