FNB life

Good morning. I have a Policy with Standardbank and FNB. I am cruising nicely on SBSA but with FNB is a problem. I am now told I owe R2500 and my policy has lapsed. I have paid last month and now I'm told I haven't paid for tge past 5 Months. I see now my premiums were adjusted to R780, with no communication and now this month the policy did not go through. Please assist and investigate a d I would like to pay the exact premium about that I am suppose to pay. Please send me all missed premiums to my email
