FNB life 0 help

I have been transfered a total of 5 Times to speak to FNB Life complaints to speak to someone at FNB life who doesn't work in complaints. I instructed them to debit my account on the 1st a my salary does not come in on a regular date. 26th they debited my account just for me to pay a penalty because the funds they want to take is not there..... I wonder why....

so between 5 call agents they can't transfer me to complaints and the computerized system is as useless as speaking to a toddler.

I will be canceling all policies with FNB as they can't do standard stuff.
