FNB Lies to Premier Customers to Get them on board.

FNB is at best negligant and at worst fraduluant. I open my Premier Cheque account in October because I want access to the Slow longues in the airports within South Africa. However, even after confirming with the agent who signed me up for my account that all I needed was the check card for free access to the lounge, I was still charged for access. I was charged access because I did not also have a credit card. I do not like credit cards and would never open a credit card. If the agent would have told me that I needed a credit card I would not have opened that account.

Second. Last week, on Dec 8, I get an email saying that the Slow lounge policy is being change to dramatically alter the product that I purchased. The bank must have known that they were going to change the policy in late October when I signed up for the account but still decided to go ahead and sell me a product in which they were going to fundamentally alter. Like I said above if this is not fradulent than I do not know what is.
