FNB lies, lies, lies.

I am a FNB client having my personal and business account with FNB. In November 2019 I app**** for a credit card. About a month later I received a call from FNB advising that my Private Client Credit Card of R125000 has been approved and with the same call I accepted the terms and conditions, and the consultant advised that my credit card will be delivered within 5 days. Not getting the card I followed up with the branch and from then, FNB consistently convinced me of the shockingly absent and devious client service by never returning a call when they say “we will call you right back” and with consistent and continues lies. I have been told that my card was at the couriers and that they will call me to arrange delivery, then after no-one called, again that my card was at the couriers and that they will call me to arrange delivery, then after no-one called that everything will be sorted out within 3 days, then on 27 Dec, after nothing was sorted out within 3 days, I was told that the matter was now scheduled for the 7th of January. Well the 7th of January has come and gone and SURPRISE!!! - no one from FNB bothered to call. During this painstakingly long process of trying to get FNB fulfil their promise of “How can we help you?” I am now 100% convinced that they are totally *********** and that no one at FNB have the s****s or brain power to fulfil this promise. I have spoken to numerous consultants, 3 of them private client bankers, and apparently they do not possess the s****s necessary to operate a telephone as dialling my number is too difficult, this also includes the branch manager and divisional manager. They do however seem very s****ed in lying and fabricating untrue information. I sincerely hope that this is the case as the alternative would mean that the staff of FNB is totally *********** and oblivious to the processes and procedures at their company. Now I can't help but ask, after all the lies I have been told, what else are they lying about? And do I trust them with my money? I have, in the interim, moved my personal account to ABSA (where I have received amazing service up to now) and should this not be sorted out to my satisfaction immediately, I will also move my Business Account to ABSA.

I herewith also request all telephone recordings of my dealings with FNB as well as with your Private Clients department.
