FNB LIES, don't be fool by FNB COVID relief! FNB admin is atrocious!

FNB why would you give me COVID relief and still debit my account for the FULL student loan amount???? WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING GRANTED THIS COVID RELIEF????? I am done with FNB, their admin is atrocious, truly truly terrible. FNB doesn’t care about their customers, worst customer service I have ever encountered. During this unprecedented time, I desperately re**** on this relief to get me through finically… now I will get debited my student loan and the COVID loan amount instalment! I need to save money not pay more!!!!!!! I have spoken to over 3 FNB advisors who assured me I was successful with the COVID relief because even if I am not surety on the student loan, I am the responsible person to pay and showed so much proof that I am the responsible payer of my student loan where ALL 3 ADVISORS confirmed the proof was sufficient to get the COVID relief. I even thought I was successful when the COVID relief account even showed on my FNB profile… I am so drained with FNB, I can fight them anymore, I am disgusted and I can’t wait to leave FNB, this is the last straw, I will definable be moving over to ABSA!
