FNB LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the lies FNB for the last few days you have been saying that the reason why the funds isn't reflecting in Vodacoms bank account is because Vodacom hasn't bank the funds and the funds has been cleared on your side as per this email below from you: On Thu, 30 Apr 2020 at 18:31, FNB Premier <***> wrote: Good day Mr. Smith Thank you for your recent communication with FNB. Kindly note that feedback has been received from our debit card department and it was advised that the transaction was successfully authorized by the bank, This is unfortunately not the banks error but the merchant needs to bank the amount and the bank cannot clear or settle the amount in the merchants account.

Your request for a downgrade on your account has been sent. Please allow 24 -48 business hours for the downgrade.

Regards

And now I am getting this email from Vodacom: Good Day Gavin,

Thank you for the below mail.

Please be advised that we have investigated the below query with our finance department and online support team and have identified the following:

There was no settlement for the transaction that took place on the 28th of April 2020, this means that the funds are reserved in your bank account and the bank can see the funds of which the bank needs to reverse or clear the funds back to your bank account.

The transaction was not cleared to Vodacom and Vodacom did not receive the funds which is why the order has not yet been delivered.

Please liaise with your bank to clear or reverse the funds.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused and we trust that you find the above in order.

Kind Regards

Kagiso Mokou Executive Client Liaison Office Address: Vodacom Commercial Park, 2nd Floor 082 Vodacom Boulevard, Midrand 1685 www.vodacom.co.za Best Network for Smartphones

So thank you FNB for once again showing me how ineffective you are and how little you care about your clients and that you would lie the way you did without any shame .

I am not even disappointed it is just the way you operate.

Hi morning so far no one has called me but have gotten all your smses saying someone will call.
In the meantime I have sent your CEO this email:
Good morning Shameel and Jacques,
I was going to address you guys as Mr Joosub and Mr Celliers respectively but since I have been emailing you guys so much in the last 24hrs first names seems more fitting.
Everyday our health minister provides us with the last update on COVID19 cases so just seem fitting that I do a NOPHONE20 update.
Well it is officially a week now and I still don’t have any phone and neither do I have my R2999.
But at least I have the email addresses of the CEO’s of two of South Africa’s biggest companies not that it has helped me much.
It’s like following Donald Trump on Twitter well at least with Donald Trump you get tweets with these guys silence is golden.
So last week FNB the bank that you the CEO of Jacques told me that the R2999 was cleared by the bank and must be banked by the merchant which is Vodacom the company that you the CEO of Shameel.
Yesterday Kagiso Mokou whom is a Executive Client Liaison Officer at Vodacom one your employees Shameel informed me that they see the funds but it needs to be cleared by the bank which is FNB the company you the CEO of Jacques.
Doesn’t this remind you guys of the trade war between China and the USA? I have an idea who is Trump in all of this..
So here is the exciting part; last night I got an email from Edlin Naidoo and guess what? Edlin is also an Executive Client Liaison Officer at Vodacom in the CEO’s office talk about fancy. And you would never believe what Edlin said in the email he sent me this morning; he said he is going to refer it to Kagiso Mokou so he is referring something to Kagiso that Kagiso is currently busy with.
That just inspires me with confidence hey.
And Jacques I got to hand it to FNB because so far I have received something like 5 emails; a response to a Hello Peter complaint and something like 6 smse’s saying someone will call me and no one has called. Isn’t that awesome?
That’s the latest on this matter and I will give you guys a update tomorrow morning as well. I will be posting this on Hello Peter as well.
PS: if it’s not to much trouble and you guys can spare a minute in your busy days. Shameel can you please ask the people that works for the company you the CEO to please send FNB the company that Jacques the CEO proof that they need to clear the funds. And Jacques can you please enquire from the people that works for the company you the CEO to please send Vodacom the company that Shameel is the CEO of the proof that the funds had cleared.

Hi FNB you have been swearing high and low that these funds have cleared;
I got this email from VODACOM:

Hi
Yes, on our side we are aware that funds are reserved under your Bank, hence your Bank should reverse them back to your Account and that should have happened between 5-7 days.
Good morning
Please see below proof from the merchants bank that attached payment never cleared.

Subject: SETTLEMENT :

So FNB said they will call me and so far no one has called me. So I decided to give them a call and in line with the terrible service I have become accustomed to the consultant put the phone down in my ear.

Good day,
After 5 attempts I finally got hold of one your consultants a Mr Minenhle Mntando and he again confirmed that the attached transaction cleared.
I asked him to provide me with proof and he said can’t do it and he will escalate the matter to his supervisor a Mr Sallie Farhaan.
He said it will take two days for them to provide me with feedback regarding this.
I just thought I should inform you; please see below feedback from the merchants bank:

So after email upon email upon email and complaint upon compaint. I was again forced to call FNB myself even after they promised they will call me.

I have reversed the payment on the banking app but its still not reflecting in my account.

So now I here that the transaction will expire on the 13th of May so I think once this is done I will move my business to another bank.
