FNB - Lies and *****s

I set up payment arrangements via the app for arrears and an overdraft on my account to be paid at the end of Feb 2025 for the amounts owing. FNB have not honored this PTP and took the money when cash came into my account. I am no denying my debt to the company but what's the point of making this arrangements if they are not honored. The consultants were not understanding and lack of knowledge on how the app works was terrible. FNB **** to me and took money out of my account. Money I need to run for the month. I am a single mother that has no help. Every cent I get matters. Now I am sitting with R0.00 in my account and no way of making it through the month. I can't even buy a loaf of bread. I need help or else my child and I will starve for a month.
