Fnb - lies and more lies

Fnb, I am so disgusted with your response. I app**** for a loan , and have messaged to prove that clearly states my loan has been successful and will be deposited in to my account shortly. Now days later they inform me it has been declined. Please can some one competent enough to understand what successful and what decline means give me a proper answer as to why FNB would initially LIE to me, being a premier client I would expect honesty. If the loan was declined initially I would of been much happier than going around like this in circles. And now all I want is answers as to who and why would you lie and lead clients on?????!!! I will gladly post the messages received
