fnb lies again.

on the 21st of February I received an email stating that there is an investigation ongoing my credit rating with fnb, ( this is my 5th complaint ) I was called my an apparent manager I think her name was Natalie, not that it makes a difference because just like everyone else at fnb that has seen that there is a problem, she never got back to me. Now I am leaving the country and the only thing I can do now is close my account. FNB, you have ****, cheated, and stole from me and clearly nothing is being done about the matter. So thank you Natalie! Or whatever your name is, youre just as bad as the retards you guys have working under you. thanks for nothing.
