FNB lies about lead times and don't provide any feedback

I have always been an FNB fan until the last 2 weeks. I have made an global payment to my UK account more than a week ago. I was promised that my funds would show by last week Friday. I have followed up about 8 times and I have still not received an answer. I have bills to pay and FNB has now actually placed me in an situation where I am running out of funds.
