FNB LIES

I went to Fnb Soshanguve Crossing on 13 June to request a statement for a social club. While the consultant was busy helping me he mentioned that I qualify for a gold cheque account on my personal profile. I told him I have already received an SMS stating that but I do not need it because I can't afford it. He then said he would change my "transactional " account to savings as I will be able to earn interest on it. But to my surprise I received an SMS later about a gold cheque account that I app**** for and the card was going to be delivered. The consultant **** to get a sale done. I need FNB to explain if this is how they teach their consultants to run business
