FNB - LIES!

I AM SO ANNOYED WITH FNB AND I WANT THIS SORTED!!!

I am trying to purchase a vehicle. The banks show that I have 3 LOANS WITH FNB where I dont! I have 1 credit card and 1 personal loan. The other loans are showing as follows:

Temp loan: R675.00 Temp Loan: R3390.00

I want this sorted out ASAP and this is causing havoc with my finance of my vehicle! How dare you keep that on there where I dont have them! I want an answer asap! i need to get this sorted so I can get my new car!

PLEASE ESCALATE THIS ASAP!
