Fnb lies
Ive been banking with fnb for about 3+ years. I have premier private client account. So the past two months i was able to take out a temporary loan and i paid it in full and within a few days of taking the loan. Now all of a sudden i cant and my bank won't offer me a loan. Or credit card. I dont understand the montly fees i pay and the money i have put into thia account and all the so called benefits im supposed to recieve are all a bunch of lies to deceive. And ontop of it my "private banker" never replies and shes rude. After all this time i would say it's time to move on. Dont bank with fnb

i thank you in advance for your swift response regarding this matter.
i would just like to know , why now is the private banker that i complained about constantly calling me now ?
and why when i was working outside of South Africa fnb treated me well. but now that im back ive been treated like *******. its funny because next year im going to Brazil for work that means alot more money . but im unsure whether ill remain with fnb or go somewhere else. regardless im considering going to the media because off this i had the worst festive season and couldn't get any help from my "bank " but thanks
