FNB **** about paying registration fee on a house

I app**** for a bond at FNB. They granted me 100% Bond, which I will forever be grateful for. At point of approval, I was informed that they will pay for all cost involved in buying the house which include registration cost, transfer cost, deeds office... This amount will be included in my bond that I will post over the course of 20 years. These amounts are included in the documents I signed.
