FNB lie about e-bucks.

I'm very dissapointed in FNB. I have been told that e-bucks can never expire. THIS IS A LIE. Not only have FNB ****** all my previos e-bucks, all that I had, FNB did not add any new e-bucks. I tried to save my e-bucks up to use it when we go on holiday, but when we went on holiday I had to stand there with a red face when the masjine said that I do not have enough funds. It is very embarassing. I then tried to log a complaint on their site, but it did not register
