FNB LICENSE RENEWAL - DON'T DO IT (59 DAYS WAITING)

I guess i have to resort to Hello Peter again, because FNB Support could not be bothered to respond to my 3 emails sent this week. Last i heard my license disc was being printed and then nothing no feedback to my emails. I was promised an agent was going to call me, nothing. FNB LICENSE RENEWAL SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING 59 DAYS. I was notified of a block on the 14.10.2020 which i resolved on the 16.10.2020 as per FNB the block was only resolved last week??? I would even consider changing banks after this shocking service and they don't seem to care that there are tons of roadblocks every weekend, it's assured i will be fined soon because FNB is so ***********. FNB stop offering a service you can't even provide.!!!! Now can someone give me a call and tell me what is going on!!!
