FNB License disc renewal is the worst

Please do not use the FNB app to renew your license disc. Think again and rather do it yourself. I submitted my application and waited more than a month to only receive delay excuses from fnb. I finally went to the post office to do the renewal and later demanded a refund from FNB. I was not refunded because they are asking for the green paper that I removed the disk from. This is the worst service I will recommend people not to ever use this service you will regret it.
