FNB License disc renewal don’t use them please

If you are thinking of using the FNB app to renew your license disc. Think again and rather do it yourself. I submitted my application in 06 August and promptly submitted all my documents. On 10 August at 12:31 Sesi Vilakazi asked for back of my ID which was sent on the same day at 12:41

After multiple emails back and forth with FNB to find out why there is no progress on my license disc renewal I finally demanded a refund as I have paid FNB an additional R199 for this terrible service (which I can get for free from traffic department)

I was refunded and now they are shifting the blame on me saying I was refunded by the system automatically as I never submitted my documents.

This is service at its worst and you cannot trust them with your sensitive information as they seem to lose it and not own up.
