FNB Licence Renewal FAIL

FNB your service delivery on the licence renewal service your is appalling!!! I have spent hours on the phone trying to get through, when I eventually do - NO ONE can help me!? I have also sent several emails with no reply! Shocking!!!! I am now driving around with an expired licence and will get fined.. Please refund my monies payed and I will take get it done elsewhere.

I fully understand you guys are inundated with applications etc, however, all I expect is a response and letting me know what is happening.. Is that really that difficult!!??
