FNB LICENCE DISC RENEWAL TERRIBLE SERVICE

Im writing this as a very unhapppy person. I have made my payment for my licence disc renewal on the 28 of August 2020, from then on everything have been on slowpace i even lost interest According to the renewal progress on the fnb app my licence was renewed on the 15th of october but up until now i have not received the said disc. I dont know if it has been couriered because i have paid for everything except for this poor service im receiving. Thus will be my last time using fnb to renew my licence. Im sitting with a fine as we speak and im the only one who will pay for it
