FNB Licence disc Renewal Process is amazing!

I am so pleased with my experience with FNB system for Licence Disk renewal, what an easy process, i made the request and payment. I submitted the relevant documents as requested the next day. This is great because i travel so much for work and work long hours, so time is never on my side.

There was constant updates and communication on my app about the stages of the process, from when they received payment, to when they got the documents. The licence disk was then delivered at my work place. I cant imagine things could have been any smoother . I was dreading the process to getting my licence disk renewed at the department, the long lines and slow service and not knowing when i would get my disk. This is such an amazing service FNB is offering to its customers. I am very happy.
