FNB ***** and *******. Should not be in ITC Sector

I have a ConeXis A2. I have had it for just over a year. About 3 months into my contract, the phone went faulty. I logged a call and was told that FNB does not offer loan phones. I was then forced to buy another phone, for an extra R1500, and send that phone in for repairs.

FNB Refused to reimburse me for the phone I had to purchase while their phone was in for repairs. In the end, FNB replaced my faulty phone with a new phone. Now, 10 months later, the replacement phone is doing the exact same thing as the original phone. When I called to log a complaint, I'm told the phone is out of warrentee and that I will be billed for the repairs.

This is the second phone, doing the same thing as the first phone and FNB refuses to repair the phone or replace it. Above that, the 2 consultants I dealt with were extremely rude to me. I want to either have this contract canceled or Have the balance of mt contract paid out, as I have R500 on hold for the phone, or a new, replacement phone Upgraded to a higher model, as per the Consumer Protection Act.
