FNB *****

We opened a late estate account at FNB in December 2021 because we wanted to claim my late father's pension with GEPF..After the account was opened and all required documents were submitted we were told to wait for verification of the letter of authority.. After multiple times og going there to check if the account was verified we were told everything was okay on their side and all was left was for GEPF to deposit the money...We made calls to GEPF until we received incontact messages last month, money was in..We went to FNB branch to withdraw the money only to be told that there is no money as the account was still blocked and awaiting verification...Now the question is , how is it possible that we receive money in notification on an account that was not yet verified...? The consultant said the money will be returned to the sender..Again we were asked to wait for 5 days, they will call us...We did not receive any call from FNB. Recently we went again and this time they said the court says the name that appears on the letter is that of my fathers spouse and not my sisters name whonwas nominated to take charge of the assets..However the letter that was submitted clearly states that my sister was nominated as the executor.. We regret opening the account at FNB..They are very *********** and do not care about their clients ...
