FNB LETTING ME DOWN AGAIN

I previously asked FNB to reverse funds and block a debit order from Discovery but guess what, now the debit order was double debited... Note I actually paid the reversal fees for the reversal fees... FNB please pull our conversation recording. Reverse the +R1500 debited from my account and please note I refuse to pay the reversal fees again as I gave a clear instruction to block the debit order... Let me know at your earliest convenience
