FNB letting africultural business down

We run a profitable agricultural business and app**** for a production loan in July 2024 to produce under secured contract. FNB could not help with a production loan. They suggested an overdraft facility. After finally getting all the documents ready for sign off in March 2025, we still have not heard from FNB. We are entering a new production cycle and still no facility has been loaded. So, why all the marketing by FNB to say how they support business but when it comes to action, there is none?!
