FNB Lets an account go overdrawn with a *****ulent transaction account has no credit facility

FNB dont stop ***** and allowed my mother to go overdrawn with *****ulent transaction.

I can not understand. my mother got conned on the phone and they tried to put through a transaction for money than she had in her account ..

so FNB approved the transaction to make her go overdrawn and now she owes the bank money. Surely this is not legal and the consumer protection act has to step in here...

She has no credit facility on this account...yet you let her go R2000 overdrawn???? This is a pensioner with no money for food or petrol in her account because you let her go overdrawn and you are aware she does not work or have any sauce of income..

If i try put my credit card though for money than i have in my account it will decline but you help the *****sters get approval..

FNB has become totally useless

if FNB do not rectify this in the next 7 days I will close all my accounts with fnb.
