Fnb let telkom debit order be deducted from my bank account without authorization
Telkom deducted R105 from without any mandate .I did previously stop all deductions from telkom but FNB STILL LET IT GO OFF FROM MY ACCOUNT.I DID NOT GIVE ANT authorisation for it and FNB DO NOT even give me the option to reverse it.This is ***** from telkom and fnb

01 Mar 2025, 07:25On Saturday morning 07h20 I phone fnb t reverse the debit order of telkom .The Consultant that assist me said she can not do it as It is not a debit order.I ask the consultant how can anyone just take money from my bank accout without my knowledge .It is totally unacceptable and *****

24 Mar 2025, 05:38Nothing have even been done.Telkom again deducted R105 from my cheque account without any mandate or authorize from my side.I also did not give FNB ANY AUTHORIZATION THAT TELKOM CAN TAKE THIS MONEY .THE WAY FNB IS HANDELING THIS IS A JOKE .HOW MUCH MONEY DOES FNB CLIENT WITH UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS.THIS MONEY CAN MAYBE BE DEDUCTED BY A WORKER FROM FNB TO THEIR OWN ACCOUNT THAT IS WHY FNB DOES NOT ASSIST
