FNB let me down after money ******

Hello,

On the 18th of December, while shopping in Makro woodmead, my FNB card was ****** (phone ****** as well). I realised it within 15 minutes and rushed to FNB woodmead branch to cancel my card.
Unfortunately, at 14h32, the ******* had managed to make a payment of R15,000 in Menlyn. At 14h49, my card was closed by FNB. Too late... I am advised by FNB woodmead that they will investigate the case in order to return the ****** money.
In January, I am advised that FNB will NOT be cancelling the transaction and return the ****** R15000 claiming that I am responsible. I am a victim of crime but held responsible by FNB as the transaction was apparently done with my PIN. The case now reached \deadlock status"as far as FNB is concerned It raises questions:
-My pin was NOT kept with my card and I did not communicate my pin to the *******. How could they then use my card? Security concern
-The first reflex of FNB in my case was to hide behind their terms and conditions and accuse me of keeping my pin with the card. Very convenient assumption indeed?
My husband (private client) and myself (platinum) will now consider another bank as FNB prove they are not here when help needed"""
