FNB let me down
So, I noticed the bank made an enquiry on my credit report which then went down by 6points this after I have not app**** for any credit etc.
I then used the chat function, the consultant did not understand and referred it to the private banker which for most parts has not been accessible, (I miss Sune Du Preez). I phoned in a day later and got put through to the private suite that yet again seems to have devices that don't connect properly as the line was terrible. I can say it was not mine as the previous consultant was clear.
So now I revert to here as it seems this seems to be the best way to get a response and answers.

Perhaps it should be taken to the bank ombudsman, FISCA and media to do an investigation if there isn't any ********** activities happening.
Next you'll do it again and my report goes down with another 6 points.
