FNB let down
Paid at Spar and my account was debited twice for the same transaction, went to an FNB branch to dispute and was told to wait 7 days for reversal. The store is willing to refund but the transaction only shows in the banking app and not on statement. Total disappointment. I'm moving banks, FNB is unreliable

06 Nov 2025, 13:46Mangaliso, an FNB branch consultant in Greenacres told me to dispute card transaction via app but nowI just received an email saying that I will be charged R150 for a dispute of R121 on my card? At no time during the consultation did your consultant inform me that I will be charged R150 for the dispute. Clearly on your system he could also see that I was double charged for the same purchase, now FNB coming with hidden fees? Very ************ of FNB. I'm so disappointed, I'm moving my salary to another bank. This is not acceptable at all.
