FNB - less talk more action please

FNB appears to be running single handedly by bots. It is impossible to get hold of anybody to assist. Their chat feature on line is pathetic. No accountability for offering of any service. Deeply disappointed in the amount they spend on marketing to get new clients but once gained could not give a toss about existing clients who require assistance. All the bells and whistles of being a premier client is meaningless.
