FNB LENASIA Rude staff , disrespectful securities and no services

Firstly we were in a queue to go in the bank for over an hour!!! Once we got inside there was no one to help us and when we explained that that we needed to deposit but the amount has coins, we were sent to the ATMs. The security made us queue AGAIN for the ATMs even though we told me we had previously queued and we were inside the bank. He was extremely rude. We queued again but still couldn't deposit at the ATMs. When I asked for assistance, the lady that works there told me that she doesn't work at the ATMs I should wait for the person who waits there, although all I wanted to do was ask. We queued again so we can get assistance.i ended up walking straight into the bank to get help and that's when I was told to go to tellers. The people on duty at FNB LENASIA on the 18 January 2021 morning are extremely rude every single one of them. Have no customer care and disrespectful. The securities especially. And the was no one at the door or handing out tickets. Disgusting service and even rude behaviour.
