FNB LENASIA BRANCH INCOMPETENCE

I went to the FNB LENASIA BRANCH this morning to deposit my fees to UNISA. After waiting two hours at the que outside to go to the bank tellers, I got to the front and asked the consultant at the front and told him that I wanted to deposit and he told me that deposits are done outside, even after I told him that the amount I was to deposit has coins and you can't deposit coins at an ATM. I then waited on the side waiting for an ATM to be available and the security guard was so rude anzd told me that I must go to the back of the que even after I was told BY a CONSULTANT INSIDE THE BANK TO GO STRAIGHT TO THE ATM. He started making noise, shouting at me as if I was the problem. FINE! I went to the back of the que and waited my turn and I found it hard to deposit. I went back and asked another consultant to help me and she rudely said that she doesn't work at the ATM. I ended up having to go to some other consultant and she directed me to the tellers. When I got there, it was empty, the teller was just sitting at her station whilst there was a very long que outside of people waiting for help. I will never, ever go back to that branch or open a FNB account because the whole branch was very rude and very ***********. The FNB LENASIA BRANCH IS TRASH!!!!! SAVE YOUR PETROL AND JUST GO TO LENASIA!!!!
